2. Data processed
When you use our contact, trade-partner, brand-partner or portfolio forms, we process the information you submit. Depending on the form, this may include your name, company, job title, postal address, email address, telephone number, country, business profile, purchasing information, brands/products of interest, VAT or registration information, free-text messages and the technical source/landing-page information attached to the inquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to answer your request, evaluate potential trade or brand relationships, prepare requested portfolio material and conduct pre-contractual or business communication. The legal bases are primarily Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for steps requested prior to a contract, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in handling B2B inquiries and operating our distribution business, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where retention or processing is required by law.
4. Hosting, service providers and recipients
The website is operated using Base44 as the application/hosting platform. Service providers that technically host, store, transmit or deliver application data may process personal data on our behalf where necessary. Internal MINE X personnel responsible for the relevant inquiry may also receive the data. We do not sell personal data. Where processors are used, processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements and contractual safeguards.
5. International transfers
Depending on the technical infrastructure of service providers, processing may involve locations outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer is subject to GDPR transfer rules, it must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, unless another lawful transfer mechanism applies.
6. Storage period
Inquiry and application data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the business relationship or protect legitimate business interests, and thereafter only for any applicable statutory retention or limitation periods. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
7. Browser storage and age verification
The public application uses browser storage for the selected language, 18+ confirmation, portfolio selection and a short-lived portfolio-submission handoff. Campaign/source attribution is kept in application memory rather than browser storage. Base44 SDK visitor analytics events are disabled before the application starts; the Base44 request layer may still create an anonymous technical identifier for platform requests. Detailed information is available on the Cookies & Local Storage page.
Cookies & Local Storage8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect inquiry data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorised administrative users through server-backed access controls.
